Family Constellations
What is a family constellation?  Susan Ulfelder of the Hellinger Institute of DC offers a clear introduction.
  • Opens deeper connections within one's family heritage
  • See and understand how hidden family dynamics are behind unresolved life issues
  • Free up life affirming strength and love to support your present life
Family Constellations are a great tool to access and heal issues you carry from your ancestors.  Issues you have that just don't ever seem to resolve usually have a component that comes directly from your family heritage.  Out of deep, innocent love and bonding, children unconsciously take on the healing of unresolved family issues.  Family Constellations bring these to conscious awareness and allow for a healing resolution that frees you to live more fully in the present.

Family Constellations can be done individually by phone or in person.  We can do a free 30 minute mini session if you'd like an experience of this unique work.  Just call or e-mail me to set up an appointment.

Constellations can also be done in a group setting or workshop.

About Family Constellations:

An unfolding that came out of my constellation experience was that  I was ‘freed’ from responsibility of my father’s debts which literally cleared ‘something’ out of me and yielded a sense of spaciousness, physical & mental that I’d never known and  I experienced as relief; an unburdening.”

Deborah

“ Even if you choose not to have a family constellation, you will find that the insights you learn in experiencing other's constellations will often apply to you.  It gives one a good understanding of just how much a family's interactions (or no interactions) impacts one.”

 John Harmes, Federal Government retiree

 About Mary Kay as facilitator:

“I liked the comfortable, safe environment that was created for the process.”

 L. Smith, Actor/ Project Manager

“Authentic, attuned, deeply caring, wise beyond your apparent years.  Empathetic, even when you were “just trying something out” you were often powerfully on the mark.”

 Phillip Nelson, Ph.D., retired
