Resources

Resources:  Highly Sensitive Person (H.S.P.) and Highly Sensitive Child (H.S.C.)

Founding Mother:  Elaine Aron did the original research to coin the term Highly Sensitive Person and to establish high sensitivity as a positive and accurate name for a trait that runs across various species and previously was labeled less accurately and more negatively.  Her website, hsperson.com  and writings are a wealth of excellent information.  She also produces a free quarterly e-newsletter called ComfortZone.
